Lady Rachel Jones
First LadyKnown as a powerful intercessory prayer warrior, First Lady Elder Rachel Jones was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lady Rae, as she prefers to be called, gave her life to the Lord while stationed in Heidelberg, Germany in 1988. While worshipping at Patton Christian Fellowship, Lady Rae developed an unquenchable thirst for the Word of God and a heart to serve God’s people which is evident in the many ministries she served in.
In November 1999, along with her husband, Bishop Ron Jones, Lady Rachel became the First Lady of Agape Fellowship Ministries, Naples, Italy. While serving as First Lady her “LOVE” for God’s people enabled her to be a vessel used in the Women’s Ministry where she empowered, strengthened, encouraged, and renewed women in their faith. From this God birthed MINISTRY (Meeting Immanuel’s Needs In spite of Strongholds Tribulations Rejections and the Yoke of bondage).
In 2019, as Bishop Ron Jones became Lead Pastor of The Life Church VA, Woodbridge, Lady Rae embraced her role as First Lady. As First Lady of The Life Church, she oversees the Intercessory Prayer Ministry and the Women of Excellence Ministry. She is dedicated to supporting church members through prayer, guidance, and encouragement. Lady Rae also leads various events and initiatives to empower women and strengthen their faith.
Not only is Lady Rae a faith servant of the Lord, but she is also the devoted wife of 42 years to Bishop Ron Jones, Senior Pastor of The Life. Although she gracefully ministers alongside her husband, Lady Rae will say her greatest ministry is to her family which includes her four beautiful children: Nia, Our purpose, Nehemiah, God’s comfort, Nathan, God’s gift, Naomi, God’s delight and her bonus son, Khalil, her daughter-in-loves Marquel and Sala, and the apple of her eye Lanii Sky, Navy, and Lovii her granddaughters and Jaycion her grandson.
Lady Rae epitomizes the favor of God in her life as she continues to walk in wisdom and faith. Her love and compassion for God’s people continues as she serves The Life. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on Military Resilience and she received a Mental Health Coach Certification at the Light University.
“But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the Word.”
