Bishop Ron Jones

Bishop Ron is a passionate pastor, teacher, and servant leader with a heart for building up the body of Christ and strengthening the family of faith. He serves as the Lead Pastor of The Life Church in Woodbridge, Virginia, where he’s been leading with vision and compassion since 2019 after seven years as Executive Pastor.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Bishop Ron is a retired U.S. Army veteran with 22 years of faithful service and holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University. His ministry journey spans more than two decades, including roles ranging from Usher, Youth Leader, Director Men’s Ministry to Senior Pastor of Agape Fellowship in Naples, Italy, and Interim Pastor of Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church in Philadelphia.

Bishop Ron is also a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, using a strengths-based approach to help believers and leaders discover their God-given potential and walk in purpose. His calling is marked by a desire to see people thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

He and his wife Rachel, his high school sweetheart, have been faithfully married for more than 40 years. Together, they’ve served side by side in nearly every area of church ministry for over two decades. They are the proud parents of five amazing children and grandparents to four, affectionately known as “The Tribe Called Jones.”

Bishop Ron is honored to have been consecrated a Bishop on August 16, 2025, an affirmation of his unwavering commitment to God’s Kingdom, his family, and the local church.

As committed servants to the Lord the best advice we can give to anyone serving in the Kingdom is simply this:
