MOTHER’S DAY TRIBUTE VIDEO (Deadline May 1)

Each year, The Life honors all the mothers in our lives. Whether she’s your biological or surrogate mother, we’d love to celebrate her with you this Mother’s Day. Submit one photo or a 10‑second video message (no music) by May 1st to be included in our annual tribute video. Join us in making this a meaningful celebration!

VIDEO CRITERIA

Videos should be 10-15 SECONDS without music – these are messages with YOU on screen speaking a message to your mother, no photo montages will be used
Prefer landscape with phone camera settings to 720 x 30 FPS

*No more than 3 photos please (this includes photo grids). Additional photos will not be used nor will multiple photos of the same mother.

**Please be mindful of the video length. We have a lot of families to include. Please know videos may be edited.
